The routine of taking showers
Many people take baths, but studies show that
not only in the USA, but all over the world, people from all walks of life
and economic and social backgrounds mostly are in the habit of taking
showers. Some in fact take their baths in rivers, streams, or in the
ocean, and the numbers of people who do so are in the many millions,
thanks to the practices of people in places such as India, where millions
of people are in the habit of bathing every day at least once in a sacred
river such as the Ganges, the Yamuna, or the Jalundgi. But even those who
bath in rivers and oceans are usually accustomed to also taking a shower.
For instance, the ones who take religious baths in the sacred rivers of
India also follow popular religious and cultural traditions, and pour
water from those same rivers over their heads in the form of a shower,
daily. Related Articles | ||
